ABOUT
Hi! I’m Taehee Oh, an advertising student at the School of Visual Arts.
I’m a little quiet at first, but my ideas usually speak up for me. I love noticing small moments in everyday life. Things people say, habits they don’t realize they have, and turning them into stories that feel honest, playful, and human.
I’ve always been drawn to people. I like listening, observing, and trying to understand how others think. That curiosity naturally led me to advertising because it’s all about understanding what people feel, want, and need, even when they don’t fully realize it themselves. I enjoy exploring that psychology and turning it into creative work that connects.
My favorite kinds of ideas are the ones that make someone smile, tilt their head, or say, “That’s so true.” Whether it’s through a smart headline or a quiet visual, I try to bring a little joy and recognition to everything I make.
When I’m not writing, you’ll probably find me walking around the city, collecting interesting phrases, or people-watching with a coffee in hand. I believe creativity starts with empathy and that joy is always a good place to begin.
